Kathy Arnold is a native of Bloomington, Indiana and has been an Indiana University employee for more than 25 years. For 13 of those years she has worked in administrative positions connected to academic advising and the Office of the Registrar. She joined athletics in 1999 and currently as the Associate Director of Compliance. Arnold oversees all of our athletics financial aid, which allows her to work with student-athletes, coaches, parents, administrators and campus personal. She also serves as the sports liaison to the Men’s and Women’s Golf and Field Hockey teams.
Arnold holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Indiana University Bloomington Kelly School of Business. She currently resides in Bloomington, with her husband, Eric. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and son-in-law in Indianapolis and visiting Disney World.
