Kourtney earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Indiana State University in 2020. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University. While completing her masters, Kourtney worked as a nutrition fellow for Indiana University before transitioning to full-time in June of 2021. Prior to coming to Bloomington, she consulted patients at a mental health facility and worked closely with their food service department standardizing recipes.
Kourtney is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietetics Association and is a licensed dietitian in Indiana.
Kourtney works with IU’s baseball, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, track, and wrestling teams.
Originally, from Terre Haute, Ind., she now resides in Bloomington.
