Natalie Grubb is in her first year as the Assistant Director of Communications and Development for IU Athletics' Varsity Club. She works with each of our 24 varsity sports to help in the fundraising efforts for our student-athlete scholarships and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders while creating communication coverage for the department. She is also a part of the IU Women's Excellence initiative created to provide support for the 13 varsity women’s sports at Indiana. Launched in August of 2021, Women’s Excellence has raised over $8.65 million to date in gifts and pledges to benefit capital projects, team experiences and program needs.

Natalie graduated IU with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Journalism, along with a concentration in broadcast. During her time in undergrad, she was the 66th President of IU's Student Athletic Board and a member of the Cabinet of Student Leaders and Faculty Advisory Committee. She was a recipient of the Kate Hevner Mueller Outstanding Senior Award and was part of the Dean's List from 2020-2023.
