• Christa Sist-Morris is in her 16th year at Indiana. She is the director of retention & learning services, football.
• Develops, executes, and evaluates compressive learning initiatives programs for student-athletes.
• Assesses the students’ needs to ensure they receive the proper support throughout campus and designs individualized support plans for each student.
• Received her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in rehabilitation services.
• Earned her master’s degree in special education from Indiana University.
• Christa and her husband, Tom, who is IU’s senior assistant athletic director for athletic performance, reside in Bloomington.
