BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Women's Soccer head coach Amy Berbary announced the 2016 schedule on May 31, highlighted by 11 games against 2015 NCAA Tournament participants.
The schedule features nine opponents who finished last year's campaign in the top 50 of the RPI, including National Champion Penn State and Women's College Cup semifinalist Rutgers.

"We have prepared one of the most demanding schedules to date as we face some of the top teams in the nation this season," said Berbary. "Playing a variety of conference champions and NCAA Tournament participants in the early part of the season will absolutely challenge and prepare us for a brutal and competitive Big Ten schedule. We're welcoming in 11 talented freshmen into a very experienced group of returners and we're looking forward to an exciting season."
