Yeager joined the Indiana rowing program prior to the 2018-19 season, and will serve as the coach for the Varsity Fours after serving on the coaching staff at her alma mater, the University of Washington, for the past three seasons. She helped guide the Huskies to a National Championship in 2017 and a National Runner-Up finish as a team in 2018 in addition to being part of the CRCA Coaching Staff of the Year in 2017.

In addition to the team success the past two seasons, Yeager guided the Novice Eight to the gold medal at the 2017 Pac-12 Championship and has assisted in the development of walk-on rowers through mechanics and techniques along with implementing a training and fitness program for new athletes to the sport.

As a student-athlete at Washington, Yeager won a Pac-12 title in the Novice Eight as a freshman in 2009 and a silver medal at the Pac-12 Championship with the Second Varsity Eight in 2010.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Health with a minor in Political Science in 2013 and most recently graduated with her Master’s Degree in Education from the Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership program at the University of Washington.
