HOOSIERS TAKE KANSAS AND ST. BONAVENTURE
Bloomington, Ind.--The Indiana women's swimming and diving team got back on the winning track today beating Kansas and St. Bonaventure in a double dual meet at the Counsilman/Billingsley Aquatics Center. With the two victories, Indiana's record moves to 4-2 overall this season. The final scores were:

The Cream and Crimson started the meet well winning the 400-yard medley relay followed by sophomore Melissa Pease's victory in the 1000-yard free. Indiana went on to win six more events during the competition to secure the wins.
Freshman Jen Cristy continued her dominance in the sprint freestyles winning both the 50 and 100-yard free. Fellow freshman Amanda Noblet took the 200-yard back with a time of 2:03.96, and Pease snatched another first in the 500-yard free.
In the diving portion, Indiana freshman Erin Quinn took her first ever collegiate victories in both the one and three-meter springboard competitions. Junior Debbie Lipski was right behind her in second on one-meter and placed third in three-meter.
Quoting Swim Coach Nancy Nitardy: "We are becoming very good at fighting. We have learned to race hard and really compete. Our sprint free and distance free really came through for us today."
The Hoosiers will host the Indiana Invitational next weekend Nov. 21-23, beginning at 10 a.m.
