Reiling Comes Up Short in Platform Semifinals
Indiana junior Sara Reiling moved up three places In the women's 10-meter platform diving semifinals, but fell one place short of making the finals.
Reiling, was in 16th place after the preliminaries and moved up three places with a score of 446.91.
"I have to control my emotions better," said Reiling in a press release. "The first day, I was a mess. I have to think more about what I am doing. It was a good learning lesson."
"I definitely don't feel bad because I had four spots to move up. You can't do that in four dives."
