Member of IU's newly-deep breaststroke corps ... finished as high as sixth in the 100 and 200 breast against Northwestern ... placed ninth in the 100 breast at the IU Open Invite.

A four-time letterwinner ... led Mt. Vernon to a 51-6 dual meet record ... team picked up three sectional titles during her prep career ... As a senior, took 15th in the 100 breast at state and 13th in the 200 medley relay ... High School Heisman nominee from MVHS ... as a junior, finished fifth in the 100 breast at state ... in sophomore season, placed eighth in the 100 breast at state ... earned All-Big 8 Conference all four years ... graduated with honors ... a member of DECA, YoungLife, Junior Civitan, the Student-Athletic Club and SADD ... born on Aug. 22, 1986 ... daughter of Elizabeth and Steven Mitchell.
