Hoosiers Make Move

Bloomington, Ind. - After posting a dominating 33-4 win over 12th-ranked Michigan State on Feb. 12, the Indiana Hoosiers jumped two spots in the latest W.I.N magazine rankings from 20th to 18th.
Oklahoma State remained in first, followed by Iowa State, Illinois, Lehigh and Michigan. In all, nine Big Ten school are ranked. Minnesota is eighth, Iowa is ninth, Wisconsin is 12th, Michigan State remains 16th, followed by Penn State at 17th and Northwestern is 19th.
In the individual rankings, after posting a 6-4 win over third-ranked Nick Simmons, Joe Dubuque moves up two spots from fifth to third. Senior Mike Simpson remains 16th at 141 pounds. Redshirt freshman Brandon Becker moves up two spots to 16th from 18th. Junior Brady Richardson reenters the poll at 20th and senior Pat DeGain remains fifth at the heavyweight spot
The Hoosiers return to action on Friday, Feb. 18, as they host rival Purdue at 7 p.m. in University Gym.
