Hoosiers in the Rankings

Bloomington, Ind. - After splitting this past weekend's duals, the Indiana Hoosiers jumped two spots in the latest W.I.N. magazine rankings from 18th to 16th.
Oklahoma State remained in first, followed by Illinois, Iowa State, Michigan and Lehigh. In all, nine Big Ten schools are ranked. Iowa is eighth, Minnesota is ninth, Wisconsin is 13th, Michigan State falls to 17th, followed by Penn State at 18th and Northwestern is 19th.
In the individual rankings, after suffering a 4-3 loss to Brandon Tucker of Purdue, Joe Dubuque falls two spots from third to fifth. Senior Mike Simpson remains 16th at 141 pounds. After posting a 13-12 win over eighth-ranked Joe Johnston of Iowa on Feb. 20, redshirt freshman moves up four sports to 12th from 16th.
Junior Brady Richardson moves up three spots from 20th to 17th and senior Pat DeGain remains fifth at the heavyweight spot
The Hoosiers return to action on Friday, March 5 as they travel to Iowa City, Iowa for the Big Ten Championship in Carver-Hawkeye Arena beginning at 11 a.m.
