Cooper, Wentworth Continue Terrific Meet at Speedo Zones

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Rising sophomore Clarissa Wentworth and incoming freshman Abby Cooper continued their terrific meet at the Speedo Champions Series Central Zone Section 3 LCM meet in day four action at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center.

Wentworth opened the day with an eighth-place tie in the 400 LCM freestyle with a 4:32.47, before closing out with a fourth-place effort of 1:04.42 in the 100 butterfly.

Meanwhile, Cooper qualified second with a 1:14.22 in the 100 breaststroke. That time also cleared the U.S. Open threshold.
