BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana wrestling team held onto its top-20 ranking, remaining at 15th for the fourth week in-a-row announced the USA Today / NWCA / InterMat NCAA Div I Coaches' Poll on Jan. 25. The Hoosiers remain perfect at 11-0 on the season and 2-0 in Big Ten action. Indiana next hosts No. 3 Illinois and No. 7 Iowa in back-to-back home matches.
Defending national champion Joe Dubuque remained at the top spot of the 125-pound division for the 11th straight week. Dubuque currently stands at 14-0 on the season and boasts a 2-0 Big Ten dual mark.
Sophomore All-American Brandon Becker (157) moved up one spot to sixth in the ranking. Becker has extended his appearance in the top 10 to 11 straight weeks and stands at 16-3 on the season and 2-0 in Big Ten competition.
Wrapping up the Hoosiers in the rankings is senior two-time NCAA qualifier Brady Richardson. Since starting the season 11th, Richardson has since climbed to sixth at 197 pounds. The Vincennes, Ind., native has extended his appearance in the top 10 to seven straight weeks.
