Marzullo Named Big Ten Diver of the Week

Landon Marzullo has earned three Big Ten Diver of the Week honors this season.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - For the third time this season and the fifth time in his career, sophomore Landon Marzullo is the Big Ten Diver of the Week, the conference office announced Nov. 25.

Marzullo posted NCAA Zone qualifying scores in all three diving events at the Hoosierland Invitational last weekend, taking first in the one-meter with a pool-record score of 402.40, and added a win on the platform with 387.85 points. His three-meter score of 390.65 was good for second, just missing out on top honors by 2.80 points.

The Hoosiers close out 2008 at the Ohio State Invitational, Dec. 5-7 in Columbus, Ohio.
