State of Indiana Regatta Moved To Sunday

The Hoosiers will battle Purdue and Notre Dame on Sunday in Indianapolis.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The State of Indiana regatta that was schedule to take place on Saturday, April 12 in Indianapolis, Ind., has been rescheduled for the following day, Sunday, April 13. The events are tentatively scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. The regatta was pushed back due to high winds and unfavorable rowing conditions that are forcasted for Saturday.

The Indiana women's rowing team joins Notre Dame and Purdue at the event, that will take place at Eagle Creek in Indianapolis.

The Hoosiers are coming off a tough weekend in East Lansing, Mich., last weekend against Miami (Fla.) and nationally ranked Michigan State. The lone win from the Hoosiers crews came from the Second Varsity Eight against Miami (Fla.) in the morning.
