BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The first installment of the Bill Lynch Show, hosted by Jeremy Gray, is now available online via IUHoosiers.com All-Access. Every week, Coach Lynch and Jeremy will review the previous week's game and preview the upcoming contest. Click here for the first episode.
The Hoosiers kick off the 2008 season on Saturday, Aug. 30, as IU welcomes the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky to Bloomington. Kickoff is set for noon EDT at Memorial Stadium (49,225) and the game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
Tom Werme will handle play-by-play duties and he will be joined by analyst Tony McGee and sideline reporter Megan West. The game can also be heard on the statewide IU Radio Network with Don Fischer (play-by-play), Pete Compise (analyst) and Joe Smith (pre-game, halftime and post-game) on the call.
IU finished the 2007 season with a 7-6 record and a 3-5 Big Ten mark. The Hoosiers made a trip to the Insight Bowl, the program's first postseason appearance since 1993. Indiana's seven victories marked its highest win total since going 8-4 in 1993.
