Swander to Speak at Short Course Juniors

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University assistant head coach for women's swimming Pam Swander will be a featured speaker at the 2009 Short Course Juniors, Dec. 10-12 in Columbus, Ohio.
Swander, who is in her fifth season overall at IU and her first season as assistant head coach for the women's program, will speak on the topic of the backstroke. Swander has been instrumental in the development of Indiana senior Kate Fesenko, who is the Big Ten record holder in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke and a four-time All-American in the events.
The event is sponsored by the American Swim Coaches Association.
