BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Brett Diersen is in his first season as Indiana's defensive ends coach and recruiting coordinator. He chatted about spring practice with IUHoosiers.com's Jeremy Gray.

Diersen served as the defensive line and special teams intern at the University of Nebraska from 2008-10. He also assisted with the strength and conditioning program. Nebraska enjoyed three straight bowl appearances during his tenure, including victories in the 2009 Gator Bowl and the 2009 Holiday Bowl.
