IU Athletics to Hold Social Media Day Wednesday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University Athletics will hold its first Social Media Day on Wednesday, April 13, in where IUHoosiers.com will become a hub for Indiana fans to see exclusive interviews with IU coaches and student-athletes, as well as interact with each through various Social Media channels.
Jeremy Gray will host the morning session, which will feature several Indiana coaches and student-athletes, along with Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. ET. Fans will have a unique opportunity to ask questions through Cover-It-Live, Facebook and Twitter, while seeing their questions answered through the U-stream webcast.
Following a quick look at the Skip's Scoop with Tracy Smith and Inside IU Softball with Michelle Gardner, two of several shows featured on YouTube.com/IUAthletics, the department will broadcast live streams of the Hoosiers' softball doubleheader vs. Ohio State beginning at 2 p.m., along with the baseball game vs. Indiana State at 3:05 p.m. Each broadcast of softball and baseball will also feature interviews with members of the Indiana Athletics family.
IU Social Media Day Schedule
10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.: Jeremy Gray sits down to talk with several coaches, student-athletes and administrators, while fans have the opportunity to interact throughout each interview
2 p.m. - IU Softball vs. Ohio State - Game One (will be streamed live on U-stream)
3:05 p.m. - IU Baseball vs. Indiana State (will be streamed live on U-stream)
4 p.m. - IU Softball vs. Ohio State - Game Two (will be streamed live on U-stream)
