Hoosiers Medal at USA Diving Nationals

LOS ANGELES - Amy Cozad, Logan Kline and Gabby Agostino all took home medals for the Hoosiers Saturday at the AT&T National Diving Championships at UCLA.
Cozad earned her second medal of the event with a bronze on the women's platform Saturday. The junior tallied 302.50 points to finish one point ahead of former Hoosier Amy Korthauer (301.50). Sophomore Laura Ryan was ninth (268.10), while Kate Hillman (21st- 224.95), Kline (24th- 216.60) and Christina Kouklakis (29th- 211.50) all competed in the prelims.
In the women's 3-meter springboard synchronized final, Kline and Agostino took home a bronze medal with a score of 250.80. Ryan and incoming freshman Kathryn Connolly placed fourth (244.80), while Kouklakis and Hillman were ninth after prelims (229.62).
Earlier in the week, Cozad and Korthauer won the national title in the synchronized platform competition, earning both a spot on the USA roster for the Pan Am Games in October in Mexico.
The AT&T National Diving Championships wrap up Sunday with finals in men's 10-meter, women's 3-meter, and men's synchronized 3-meter.
