THE OPENING TIP
Indiana hosts its second game in four days as the Hoosiers welcome IPFW to Assembly Hall on Monday, Nov. 26. The game will tip at 7 p.m. ET. The game can be heard on IUHoosiers.com in the first half and WHCC 105.1 FM for the second half with Jeremy Gray on the call. The contest is also available as a live web broadcast at video.BTN.com.
DID YOU KNOW?
• With Indiana's 4-1 start, it marks the program's best start through five games since starting 4-1 to begin the 2007-08 campaign.
• With the win over IUPUI on Friday, Indiana has won four games in a row for the first time since winning four straight between Jan. 11-Jan. 22, 2009.
• The Indiana defense held the Jaguars to 49 points, marking the third-straight game in which IU has held its opponent under 50 points. It's the first time a Hoosier team has held three-consecutive opponents under 50 points since the 1973-1974 season when IU held opponents under 50 in five-straight games.
• Indiana shot 61.5 percent in the first half against IUPUI, which marks the highest shooting percentage in a half for an IU team since Feb. 19, 2009, when Indiana shot 62.5 percent in the second half at Northwestern.
• Monday's game with IPFW is just the second all-time meeting between the two schools, IU defeated the Mastodons, 69-68, on Dec. 10, 2006.
• Aulani Sinclair ranks second in the Big Ten in scoring with 20.2 points per game and paces the conference in 3-point shooting, hitting 55.6 percent of her attempts from beyond the arc.
• Milika Taufa scored a career-high 13 points against IUPUI and so far this season is second in the Big Ten in field goal percentage with shooting 59.3 percent from the floor.

IPFW AT A GLANCE
The Mastodons have won two of their last three games, including a win over Coastal Carolina in their last time out at home, 51-46. Amanda Hyde led the way for IPFW in that game, scoring 22 points with six rebounds. Hyde paces the team in scoring on the season, averaging 15.8 points per game while shooting 45.9 percent from the field. Haley Seibert will also be a factor for the IPFW offense, as the sophomore scores 11.0 points per contest and leads the team in shooting from beyond the arc, hitting 58.8 percent of her 3-point attempts.
FOUR IN A ROW
Indiana is currently riding a four-game winning streak after topping IUPUI on Friday night, 60-49. That win gave IU its first four-game winning streak since January 2009. That season, the Hoosiers won four-straight games over Penn State, Wisconsin, Purdue and Michigan between Jan. 11-Jan. 22. Indiana is 4-1 on the season, which is the program's best start through five games since starting 4-1 to begin the 2007-08 campaign.
HOOSIER D HOLDS THREE UNDER 50
The Indiana defense held IUPUI to just 49 points on Nov. 23, marking the third-straight game in which IU has held its opponent under 50 points. It marks the first time a Hoosier team has held three-consecutive opponents under 50 points since the 1973-1974 season when IU held opponents under 50 in five-straight games. It is the first time an IU team has accomplished the feat since the NCAA began recognizing a women's basketball national champion in 1981-82.
SHOOTING PAST THE JAGUARS
Indiana shot a season-best 47.2 percent from the field in the win over IUPUI on Friday night. It was the first time IU had shot 47 percent or better in a game since shooting over 52 percent against Iowa on Feb. 27, 2011.
Also against IUPUI, the Hoosiers shot 61.5 percent in the first half to build a 38-21 halftime lead. That was the highest shooting percentage in a half for an IU team since Feb. 19, 2009 when Indiana shot 62.5 percent in the second half at Northwestern.
The Hoosiers also shot 40.0 percent from 3-point range against the Jaguars, marking the third time this season that IU has shot 40.0 percent or better from beyond the arc. IU is 3-0 in those contests.
SENSATIONAL SINCLAIR
Aulani Sinclair continues to lead Indiana offensively as she has scored 16 or more points in every game and has led the team in scoring in four contests this season. Through the first five games, the senior is averaging 20.2 points per game while shooting 50.7 percent from the floor and 55.6 percent from 3-point range. Sinclair is bringing in 4.4 rebounds per game and leads the team in 3-pointers made (15) and blocks with six so far this year. She has scored 20 or more points four times so far.
Most recently, Sinclair scored a game-high 20 points in the win over IUPUI on Nov. 23. She shot 8-of-12 (.667) from the field and went 4-for-5 (.800) from 3-point range. She also had a season best eight rebounds and dished for a pair of assists.
Sinclair currently ranks among the Big Ten's best in numerous statistical categories in games played through Nov. 24. Below is a list of where she ranks in those categories.
THE FLYIN' HAWAIIAN
Milika Taufa, a Lahaina, Hawaii native, has been a force on the boards all season and came up big offensively for the Hoosiers against IUPUI. Taufa currently leads IU in rebounding bringing in 7.6 boards per contest. The junior leads the team and is second in the conference in field goal percentage, connecting on 59.3 percent of her shot attempts. Taufa has had seven or more rebounds in four of Indiana's five games this season and shares the team lead in steals with six on the year.
In the win over IUPUI, Taufa scored a career-high 13 points, going 5-for-6 from the field and 2-for-2 from 3-point range. Her two 3-pointers set a new career high for 3-point field goals made in a game. She also had two steals and a block.
SHE'S HERE TO LINDA-HAND
Linda Rubene has played some major minutes as of late, logging 33 minutes or more in each of the last three games. The senior has been steady on the defensive end all season long, but played a huge role on the offensive side for Indiana against IUPUI on Nov. 23. Rubene set career marks with 11 points and five assists in that game. She also added four rebounds and a blocked shot.
BASKETBALL IN BTOWN
After playing three of the first four games on the road, Indiana returns home to Bloomington for a five-game home stand which began on Nov. 23 against IUPUI. The Hoosiers will play eight of nine contests and 10 of 12 in the friendly confines of Assembly Hall. IU will not play a game outside the state of Indiana until Jan. 3 when Big Ten play will begin at Michigan. Indiana's lone road game between now and January is at Butler on Dec. 9.
MILLER SIGNS TOP-30 RECRUITING CLASS FOR 2013
Head coach Curt Miller signed five players to National Letters of Intent to play for Indiana beginning in 2013 during the early signing period. Miller's first recruiting class at IU is ranked as high as 27th in the country by the Collegiate Girls Basketball Report and is rated the third-best class in the Big Ten by Blue Star Basketball.
The future Hoosiers include Taylor Agler (Westerville, Ohio/Olegtangy Orange H.S.), Larryn Brooks (Richmond, Ky./Madison Central H.S.), Alexis Gassion (Fairborn, Ohio/Fairborn H.S.), Lyndsay Leikem (Tucson, Ariz./Flowing Wells H.S.) and Karlee McBride (Erie, Pa./Villa Maria H.S.). TAKING ON THE STATE
The Hoosiers will battle six opponents from within the state of Indiana in 2012-13. It began with the season opener at Valparaiso on Nov. 9. It continued on Nov. 16 when IU hosted Indiana State on Nov. 16. The Hoosiers then played IUPUI and will now face IPFW on Nov. 26. On Dec. 9, Indiana will head to Hinkle Fieldhouse to take on Butler. IU's final in-state opponent will be Purdue, as the Hoosiers and Boilermakers will square off in West Lafayette on Jan. 31, then again in Bloomington on Feb. 20.
ACC/BIG TEN CHALLENGE GAME BACK IN BTOWN
Indiana will host Clemson as part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on Wednesday, Nov. 28, marking the first time IU has hosted the annual challenge game in three years. The last time the Hoosiers played the challenge in Bloomington was on Dec. 3, 2009 against Florida State. IU defeated Clemson on the road in the yearly event two years ago, 65-51, on Dec. 2, 2010.
