BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Junior tight end Ted Bolser is expecting big things in 2012. Bolser caught 14 passes for 165 yards with one touchdown in six starts last season.
IUHoosiers.com's Jeremy Gray caught up with Bolser following practice last week:
As a freshman in 2010, Bolser hauled in 27 passes for 407 yards with five touchdowns and an average of 15.1 yards per catch. He set an IU tight end record, ranked first nationally among freshman tight ends and tied for seventh nationally among all tight ends in scores.
Bolser received honorable mention All-Big Ten from the league's media and was named to the Rivals.com and the Football Writers Association of America Freshman All-America teams. He also posted Hoosier freshman tight end records for catches and yards.
