ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
The tournament this week is played at Las Colinas Golf Course at the historic Mission Inn Resort. The tournament will feature 36 holes of play on Saturday followed by 18 holes on Sunday to conclude the tournament.
The Hoosiers are part of the 18-team field this weekend that features teams from mainly the east coast. In addition to the five players competing as part of the team score for Indiana, there will also be three other players competing as individuals this weekend.
THE FIELD THIS WEEK
The Hoosiers will be part of a 18-team field that will feature a number of other schools ranked highly in the Golfstat rankings. The teams include:
Appalachian State, Florida, Atlantic, Hartford, Indiana, GA State, Marquette, Morehead State, Murray State, Northern Illinois. Old Dominion, Purdue, Rutgers, Stetson, Towson, Connecticut, Virginia Tech and Western Illinois.
HOOSIERS IN THE RANKINGS
Indiana enters this weekend's tournament ranked No. 56 in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings. In the Golfstat rankings, the Hoosiers checked in at No. 62 this week.
LAST TIME OUT
The Hoosiers used a strong final round at the Bayou City Collegiate Championships to finish in 12th place. Brant Peaper once again led the way with a T11th finish while Michael McGee was next at T31st.
