Hoosiers Fall at Northwestern

EVANSTON, Ill. – The No. 57 Indiana men’s tennis team won the doubles point, but could not carry over the momentum as they fell on the road at No. 24 Northwestern 6-1 on Sunday.
Sophomore Daniel Bednarczyk and Sam Monette came out strong and captured their match at No. 1 doubles 8-3. Senior Dimitrije Tasic and junior Sven Lalich clinched the doubles point for the Hoosiers with an 8-5 win at No. 2 doubles.
Up next the Hoosiers host a doubleheader on Thursday March 13 with a match against Louisville at 2:00 p.m. and face IUPUI at 7:00 p.m.
