Parratto 6th at FINA Diving World Series

LONDON - Indiana University freshman Jessica Parratto teamed with Cheyenne Cousineau for a sixth-place finish in the synchronized platform competition at the FINA Diving World Series stop in London on Friday.
Competing together for the first time, Parratto and Cousineau scored 278.37 points. China's Chen Ruolin and Liu Huixia won gold with 334.14 points. Great Britain's Sarah Barrow and Tonia Couch took the silver at 321.24, and Canada's Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion scored 316.11 for bronze.
The FINA Diving World Series is an invitation-only series based on results at the 2013 FINA World Championships. Parratto will return to action on Sunday, April 27, as she competes in the individual 10-meter event.
