Hoosiers Rally Past New Hampshire, 3-1

STORRS, Conn. – The Indiana volleyball team got a challenge from New Hampshire, but emerged victorious with a 3-1 win (26-24, 19-25, 29-27, 25-19) in their second match of the UConn Classic Saturday morning.
The Hoosiers had three players in double-digits in kills, led by sophomore Taylor Lebo with a career-high 16 and junior Amelia Anderson with 16. Senior Morgan Leach totaled 11 kills. Lebo and Anderson recorded double-doubles as Lebo registered 13 digs and Anderson a career-high 15 digs.
Junior Awele Nwaeze tallied a career-high 10 total blocks and nine kills for the Hoosiers. Junior Courtney Harnish also contributed to the defensive presence with a career-high 24 digs.
Megan Tallman paced the Hoosiers attack as she recorded her second consecutive double-double with 52 assists and a career-high 15 digs.
Up next the Hoosiers will play tournament host Connecticut in their final match of the UConn Classic.
