Grubnich, Kollin, Seger Named Players To Watch

Grubnich kick started a stellar summer season with a Top 10 finish at the Big Ten Championships last spring in French Lick. The Crown Point, Ind., native played in every tournament as a junior for the Hoosiers and posted a scoring average of 75.56 last year and shot his career-best round of 69 at the NYX Hoosier Invitational.
Kollin, a Farmington Hills, Mich., product, also played all 34 stroke play rounds last year for Indiana, registering a scoring average of 74.71, which was second-best on the team. He posted 21 rounds of 75 or better and logged six Top 25 finishes.
Seger came in as a freshman last year and was a regular in the IU lineup, playing all 34 stroke play rounds as well. His scoring average of 75.14 was the third-best on the last year's team and he match Kollin with 21 rounds of 75 or better. His best finish was a third place showing at the NYX Hoosier Invitational.
Indiana will get the 2014-15 season underway this weekend at the 2014 Northern Intercollegiate Championship hosted by Northern Illinois and played at Rich Harvest Farms near Chicago.
