Indiana Game Notes |
• The Hoosiers lead the all-time series with Northwestern 112-50.
• The 2014-15 Hoosiers have made 271 three pointers. That ranks second in Indiana history for a season behind 2005-06 (276).
• This marks the 14th time in the 2014-15 season that IU has made at least 10 three-pointers in a game.
• Indiana hit nine three-pointers in the first half and shot 64.3 percent from behind the arc.
• Kevin Yogi Ferrell scored 11 points and dished out five assists. He shot 50.0 percent (3-of-6) from behind the arc.
• Ferrell continued his national leading streak of at least one three-pointer made. He has now made one or more in 60 straight games.
• The Indianapolis native has scored 1,288 in his career, which is good for 28th on the all time Indiana list. Ferrell needs 11 more to catch Tom Bolyard (1960-63) at 1,299.
• Ferrell now has 418 career assists, which is good for seventh on the career Indiana list.
• Troy Williams scored 21 points on 9-of-16 (56.3 percent) shooting and pulled down a career-high 14 rebounds. The sophomore now has five double-doubles this season.
• Williams is averaging 15.5 points 9.5 rebounds over the last eight games.
• Nick Zeisloft came off the bench to score 12 points. The redshirt junior was 4-of-5 (80.0 percent) from three in the first half. Zeisloft also added five rebounds.
• Robert Johnson scored 11 points and dished out four assists.
• Hanner Mosquera-Perea scored four points and pulled down four rebounds.
• Stanford Robinson had two rebounds and an assist in 12 minutes on the court.
• James Blackmon Jr. scored six points and had six rebounds.
• Ryan Burton got two minutes of playing time in the first half.
• The Hoosiers are back home next week as they take on Iowa on Tuesday, March 3 at 7 pm ET in Assembly Hall
