Finale at College of Charleston Cancelled

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Indiana's rubber match at the College of Charleston on Sunday afternoon has been cancelled due to inclement weather.
The Hoosiers brought momentum into the series finale after Saturday's 15-1 win over the Cougars in which IU set season highs in runs, hits (14), runs batted in (15), doubles (7) and triples (2). IU heads back to Bloomington, Ind., with a 1-1 split at College of Charleston and a 4-4 overall record. CofC won Friday's series opener, 4-2.
Indiana returns to action at the Snowbird Baseball Classic in Port Charlotte, Fla., on March 6-8. IU will play Villanova (2 p.m.) and Dartmouth (6 p.m.) for its lone scheduled doubleheader of the season on Friday, St. Joseph's (L.I.) on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Ball State on Sunday at 10 a.m.
