The Hoosiers posted a round of 300 on Sunday to finish with a 54-hole score of 911 (301-310-300). For the second season in a row the title was split as Ohio State and Northwestern finished at 863. Purdue was third (872), Michigan State fourth (878) and Michigan fifth (882) to lead the field. Northwestern's Sarah Cho took home medalist honors with a 3-under 213.
Senior Elizabeth Tong capped her Big Ten career finishing tied for 41st after a round of 78 on Sunday (72-78-78/228). Tong made par on five of the first nine holes and was even or better on six of the final nine, including a birdie on the par-5 fourth hole.
Junior Camille Chevalier posted her best round of the tournament with a 74 on Sunday to place tied for 50th (78-78-74/230). Chevalier was even par after nine holes thanks to birdies on 12 and 15 erasing bogeys on 11 and 14. Her steady play continued over the final nine holes with seven pars, settling in after back-to-back bogeys on three and four.
Freshman Pear Siriko found her stroke on the final day with a 74 to put her tied for 50th (75-81-74). Siriko had four birdies in the round, carding a four on the par-5 11th and another four on the par-5 16th hole. Sitting at +1 after nine holes, Siriko bogeyed one but came back to go -2 over the next six holes. The newcomer was on her way to an even round before back-to-back bogeys on eight and nine.
Sophomore Ana Sanjuan also finished in a tie for 50th at 230 after a 79 on Sunday (76-75-79). Despite her struggles Sanjuan found success with three birdies, beginning with a three on the par-4 18th. She ended tournament play on a strong note by going birdie-par-birdie on the final three holes.
Sophomore Theresa-Ann Jedra matched her career low round with a 74 to finish 64th with a score of 234 (81-79-74). Jedra was -1 through 11 holes with no bogeys through the start and a birdie on the par-5 16th hole. After bogeys on three, four and six, Jedra wrapped the tournament with three-straight pars.
Senior Sarah Dusman matched her low round of the tournament with an 81 to finish tied for 79th (81-82-81). Dusman tallied par on four of the first five holes and four of the first five after making the turn.
