USA Diving World Championship Trials in Bloomington This Weekend

Several Hoosiers looking to earn spots on World Championship team.
Admission and parking are free to spectators.
Competition begins Friday at 10 a.m. ET with the women's 10-meter and the men's 3-meter prelims. The semifinals for both events will take place starting at 5 p.m. ET Friday.
Saturday's competition will feature the prelim (10 a.m. ET) and semifinal (5 p.m. ET) rounds of the women's 3-meter and the men's 10-meter events.
Champions will be crowned on Sunday beginning with the women's 10-meter final (11 a.m. ET) men's 3-meter final (12:30 p.m. ET), women's 3-meter final (2 p.m. ET) and men's 10-meter final (3:30 p.m. ET). The top two finishers in each event will be selected for competition at the 2015 FINA World Championships, July 24-August 2 in Kazan, Russia.
Several Hoosiers will be competing for additional spots on the World Championships team. IU freshman Jessica Parratto and alumna Amy Cozad will look to earn a spot on the team in the 10-meter event. Both have already qualified for the World Championships in the 10-meter synchro event.
Sophomore Michael Hixon has already earned a spot on the World Championships team on the 1-meter springboard and will look to add a spot in the 3-meter springboard competition. Joining Hixon in the 3-meter competition is Indiana alumnus Darian Schmidt.
