• Indiana is 88-86 all-time against the Illini after today's win.
• Indiana has won three of the last four meetings between the teams and four straight in Bloomington.
• The Hoosiers 34 point victory over Illinois is the largest margin of victory in the series since 1/2/91 (109-74).
• The 34 point victory is the Hoosiers largest margin of victory over a Big Ten opponent since 1/30/13 (97-60 at Purdue).
• The Hoosiers 103 points is the most in a Big Ten game since 1/29/12 (103-89 vs. Iowa).
• The 34 point win is the largest margin of victory for IU in Assembly Hall over a Big Ten opponent since 1/28/92 (106-65 vs. Purdue).
• Indiana has scored 100 or more points in four games this season and that is the most 100-point games since the 1992-93 season when they had five.
• The last time IU opened Big Ten play with a 6-0 record was 2007-08 (6-0).
• This is the third time in the last 23 years the Hoosiers have started 6-0 in Big Ten play (2007-08, 1992-93).

• With his assist to Max Bielfeldt at the 11:19 mark of the first half, senior Kevin Yogi Ferrell became the all-time leader in career assists at Indiana (546), passing Michael Lewis who had 545 from 1997-00. Ferrell finished the game with nine assists and has 553 for his career.
• Indiana set a school record with 19 3-pointers in the game and shot 19-of-36 (52.8 percent) from 3-point range. It is the seventh game this season they have shot over 50 percent. The record-setting three was made by freshman Harrison Niego with 51 seconds to play in the second half. The previous record was 18 vs. Minnesota on 2/15/15.
• The 19 3-pointers set a record for threes in a Big Ten game and are tied for the most in the NCAA this season with six other teams.
• The 19 3-point field goals also sets a record for the most made by a team in Assembly Hall.
• After Illinois cut the Indiana lead to one at 22-21 with 7:38 to play in the opening half, the Hoosiers closed the half on a 20-4 run and allowed Illinois to one field goal the final 7:38 of the half, to lead 42-25 at halftime. Since the Illini closed within one at 22-21, the Hoosiers outscored them 81-48 the rest of the game.
• In the second half, the Hoosiers made 10 straight field goals to extend their lead from 61-37 to 87-51 with 6:37 to play.
• Indiana scored 61 points in the second half, their most for a half this season. IU shot 22-of-32 (68.8 percent) in the second half. The 61 points are the most Indiana has scored in a half since 11/14/14 (62 vs. Mississippi Valley State).
• The Hoosiers had a season-high 27 assists for the game, their eighth game of the season with 18 or more and fourth game with 20 or more. This is the third time in the Crean Era with 27 assists and most in a game under Crean at home. It is also the most in a Big Ten game under Crean.
• The 27 assists are the most since the Hoosiers had 29 against Western Illinois on 11/26/05.
• Indiana held a 31-19 advantage on the glass and have won or tied the rebounding battle in each of the last 11 games – all IU wins.
• Junior Troy Williams led the Hoosiers with 21 points, his 10th career 20 point or more effort. Williams converted on 8-of-11 from the field and added five assists.
• Senior Kevin Yogi Ferrell scored 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting from 3-point range.
• Redshirt senior Max Bielfeldt scored 16 points on 6-of-9 shooting with eight rebounds, three steals and two blocks. Bielfeldt scored 12 of his 16 in the second half, including a stretch where he scored 10 straight points for the Hoosiers.
• Sophomore Robert Johnson scored 13 points and added seven rebounds and six assists.
• Freshman Thomas Bryant scored nine points and grabbed four rebounds.
• Freshman OG Anunoby scored nine points on 4-of-4 shooting with three rebounds and an assist in 12 minutes.
