Hoosiers Top Cornhuskers, 4-2

LINCOLN, Neb. – After dropping the doubles point the Indiana men's tennis team rallied for a 4-2 win at Nebraska on Friday at the Dillon Tennis Center.
After failing behind 1-0 in the match following doubles Raheel Manji and Matthew McCoy have the Hoosiers (8-14) momentum with straight set victories to put IU up 2-1.
Freshman Antonio Cembellin dropped his first set in singles but came back to win the next two for a 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 victory to give the Hoosiers a 3-1 lead.
Nebraska added a point to close the gap to 3-2 with a win at No. 1 singles from Dusty Boyer.
Senior Daniel Bednarczyk gave the Hoosiers the deciding point with a third set tiebreak win. Freshman Antonio Salgado led 4-0 in the third set when his match was abandoned following the conclusion of the match.
Up next the Hoosiers continue their road trip with a match against Iowa on Sunday.
