BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Senior Taylor Lebo tallied a career-high 22 digs and helped the Hoosiers win their 10th match of the season on Saturday against IUPUI in three sets (25-17, 25-19, 25-17).
Senior Allison Hammond led the Hoosiers (10-2) with 15 kills and freshman Hayden Huybers got the start for Indiana and added eight kills on 14 swings with no errors to hit at a .571 clip.
Hammond also added four aces as the Hoosiers, who rank in the top-10 in the NCAA in aces totaled eight in three sets against IUPUI.
Junior Jessica Leish posted 10 kills on 21 swings to hit .333 for the Hoosiers.
The Hoosiers hit at a .288 hitting percentage for the match, which included a best of .342 in the second set.
Both teams contributed to long rallies throughout the match with Indiana and IUPUI both over 50 digs during the match.
Up next the Hoosiers will wrap up the non-conference portions of their schedule with a match against Cleveland State at 7:00 p.m. at University Gym.
