Garrett Leads Trio of #IUWG Individuals as Cardinal Classic Wraps Up on Tuesday

MUNCIE, Ind. – Redshirt freshman Carolina Garrett finished in a tie for 27^th overall as she led a trio of individuals competing for IU Women's Golf at the Cardinal Classic on Tuesday.

Garrett posted a 78 in the final 18 holes at par 72, 6,204 yard The Players Club to combine for a three round score of 228. Redshirt senior Paige Crafton finished play with an 85 on Tuesday, to tally a total score of 239.

Freshman Emma Fisher posted her best round of the two-day tournament hosted by Ball State, where she shot an 80 and finished 84^th overall (248).

The Hoosier team is back in action this weekend as it heads to the Mary Fossum Invite hosted by Michigan State in East Lansing, Mich. The 54-hole tournament kicks off with the first two rounds on Saturday and the final 18 holes on Sunday.
