Day Two Results

JOHN'S CREEK, Ga.– Freshman Priscilla Schmid recorded an even par round as she moved up into a top 10 spot with senior Alix Kong on day two of the Ladies Fall Intercollegiate Invitational on Saturday.

Schmid led IU with a 72 in round two, as she took off four strokes from her opening round score of 76 on Friday. She would open up the day 1-under on the front nine and even on the final eight holes of the day to move into a tie for sixth place overall. Kong continues to be tied for third overall, shooting a 74 and collect a two-round score of 147.

Junior Erin Harper moved up into the top 20 with a 76 and two-round score of 154 (T19th). Sophomore Elisa Pierre is tied for 33^rd (80-77, 157) while freshman Angela Aung is tied for 53^rd (82-82, 164).

Indiana is fifth overall as it carded a team score of 299 on the day, eight strokes better than its opening round score. Its 608 two-round score is just ten strokes behind the field's leaders in Kennesaw State and host Louisville, Illinois (601) and Georgia (605) come in ahead of the Hoosiers going into tomorrow's final round.

Playing as an individual, sophomore Carolina Garrett posted a seven-stroke improvement finishing with an 83 and in 69^th overall (90-83, 173).

The final round of the Ladies Fall Intercollegiate Invitational starts with Hoosier tee times beginning at 8:50 a.m. ET.
