BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana men's tennis team dropped to 7-3 with a 4-1 loss to the Memphis Tigers on Friday in the IU Tennis Center.
The 31st ranked duo of junior's Raheel Manji and Keivon Tabrizi won their match 6-4 at the top spot for the Hoosiers. Memphis followed with two wins of their own to claim the doubles point.
The Tigers climbed to a 3-0 match lead with a win at five and six singles. IU got on the board with sophomore Antonio Cembellin's 6-4, 6-4 win at three singles. Memphis got its win with a 7-6 (7-1), 6-2 win at the second spot.
Up next, IU visit the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Sunday, Feb. 19, at 12:00 p.m.
