Hoosiers Set for Matchup with Rutgers In Las Vegas

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's tennis team will take on Rutgers in a neutral site match at the Darling Tennis Center in Las Vegas on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. ET.

Indiana and Rutgers are both on spring break training trips in Las Vegas and set up the match for this season.

The Hoosiers (9-6, 0-1) has won four straight matches before dropping their Big Ten opener against Iowa last week. They will look to get back on track for this match and then Indiana will host Michigan and Michigan State the following week.

Rutgers comes into the match with a 5-5 overall record and 0-1 mark in Big Ten play. The Scarlet Knights lost a 7-0 match vs. Nebraska on Feb. 22. Rutgers has won their last two matches, against Binghamton and Bradley.

The Hoosiers are back at home on Saturday March 25 against Michigan and Sunday March 26 against Michigan State. Both matches are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. ET.
