Jan. 24, 1993 – Senior Calbert Cheaney led No. 2 Indiana to a 96-69 win over No. 24 Ohio State with 27 points and 11 rebounds. The victory was Indiana's 25th consecutive at home, a streak that would extend for another 25 games for a school-record 50 straight home wins.
Jan. 24, 1995 – That 50-game Assembly Hall home court winning streak ended on that same date, as Michigan handed the Hoosiers a 65-52 setback. Maceo Baston led Michigan with 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Dane Fife's older brother, Dugan, came off the bench to score nine for the Wolverines.
Jan. 24, 2004 – Lin Loring's women's tennis team pulled off a shocker when it upended 10th-ranked Tennessee, 4-3, in Bloomington. After IU dropped the doubles point, Dora Vastag, Sarah Batty, Laura McGaffigan and Karie Schlukebir posted wins in singles to secure the upset win.
