On Monday, the Indiana men's golf team wrapped up the second tournament of the fall where they served as the host school. And they also wrapped up their second top 4 finish of the fall season as a team as well after a final round team score of 289 in chilly conditions gave them a total score of 853 (-12).

TAP-INS
• For the second time in as many days, the Hoosier relied on sophomore Ethan Shepherd to provide the best score. His final round 70 gave him a total score of 210 (74-66-70; -6) and sole possession of fourth place on the individual leaderboard. It is the best individual finish of Shepherd's young career.

• Shepherd's final round featured five birdies and three bogeys. He finished the tournament tied for the lead in par 3 scoring (-2).

• The fourth-place finish is the best career tournament finish for Shepherd. The -6 score in relation to par also matches his career best, which was previously set in the first tournament of the 2018-19 season at Champions Pointe.

• Senior Jake Brown earned his third top 15 finish of the season after a final round 72 put him in the clubhouse with a score of 213 (71-70-72; -3) for the tournament. It is his first Top 10 finish of the 2018-19 season and the ninth of his career.

• Freshman Harry Reynolds, competing in the IU team lineup for the first time in his career, showed a steady game throughout the tournament. He finished with a 72 in the final round, with 16 pars, one birdie and one bogey on his card. Overall, he finished tied for 18th with a score of 215 (71-72-72; -1).

• The T18 finish is the best finish in three tournaments this season, topping his T25 finish at Champions Pointe.

• Junior Brock Ochsenreiter ran his string of Top 25 or better finishes to eight of the last nine tournaments as he tied for 25th at Chatham Hills with a total score of 218 (70-73-75; +2)

• Freshman Mitch Davis closed with a 76 in the final round to tie for 33rd with a score of 220 (70-74-76; +4).

Individuals
• Evan Gaesser led the three IU individuals competing at Chatham Hills, as he finished with a 76 in his final round to give him a score of 219 (72-71-76; +3) and a tie for 30th.

• Evan Yakubov also posted a 76 in the final round to finish the tournament in a tie for 57th with a score of 231 (81-74-76; +15).

• Trevor Ranton finished with a score of 234 (73-81-80) to check-in at 62nd place on the leaderboard.
