STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Indiana volleyball team dropped a three-set match (18-25, 19-25, 18-25) on Friday at Rec Hall.
Key Moments
• The Nittany Lions started strong with a 7-1 lead in the opening set.
• Indiana scored three straight points to bring the score to 7-4, but Penn State responded with three straight of their own to seize momentum as they carried it to a 25-18 win in set one.
• Indiana got out to a 6-4 lead in the second set and led 13-10 on a block from Breana Edwards and Deyshia Lofton.
• At 14-14 in the second set, Penn State scored three straight to go up 17-14.
