- Indiana finishes out the 2018 calendar year at home when it hosts Penn State and return to Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall for the first time in 22 days.
- The Hoosiers are coming off an 85-83 overtime win to open up Big Ten play at Illinois on Friday night. Redshirt junior guard Ali Patberg led four players in double figures with 20 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
- Patberg leads the way for Indiana, averaging 17.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. The Columbus, Ind. native has scored nine-straight games in double figures including three-straight 20 point plus scoring games.
- Three other players are also averaging double figures behind redshirt junior forward Brenna Wise (13.1 ppg., team-high 7.0 rpg.) and sophomore guards Jaelynn Penn (11.8 ppg.) and Bendu Yeaney (10.8 ppg.).
