EVANSTON, Ill. – The Indiana men's tennis team dropped a 4-2 match at Northwestern on Sunday at the Combe Tennis Center.

The Hoosiers (8-7, 0-1) got off to a great start by winning the double point. Bennett Crane and Keivon Tabrizi beat the No. 50 double team in the country with a 6-3 win over Dominik Stary and Ben Vandixhorn of Northwestern.

Indiana went up 2-0 in the match as senior Raheel Manji won 7-6, 6-1 at the No. 1 singles position. For Manji it was his sixth singles win in dual match play.

The Hoosiers made Northwestern work in the singles matches as the Wildcats needed three sets to win two of their four singles matches.

Up next Indiana will travel to Florida and take on UCF on March 16 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
