No. 48 Indiana Wins Fourth in A Row, 4-3

LINCOLN, Neb. – The No. 48 Indiana men's tennis team (13-10) defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers, 4-3 on Sunday afternoon inside the Dillon Tennis Center to complete a weekend sweep.
The doubles teams made quick work with senior Keivon Tabrizi and freshman Bennett Crane winning 6-2 at the top spot and senior Raheel Manji and Zac Brodney grabbing the three spot, 6-3. Brodney and Manji are 10-3 as a pair and have won five of their last six matches.
Brodney continued his success in singles when he won his fourth match in a row to give Indiana a 2-0 lead. At the four spot, the Hoosiers extended their lead when sophomore Bennett Crane won his 10th match of the dual season, 6-4, 6-2.
Nebraska wouldn't go away in front of their home fans as they responded from the deficit with two wins, at the No. 2 and No. 6 spots.
IU fought off the Cornhuskers comeback attempt when Tabrizi won a third set 6-0 to win the match for himself and the Hoosiers.
Up next, the Hoosiers will close out the regular season at home with Ohio State on Friday, April 20 and senior day on Sunday, April 22 at 12 p.m. when the Hoosiers take on Penn State.
