No. 10 Indiana Hosts Indiana State on Tuesday

• Indiana (22-6, 3-2) hosts in state foe Indiana State on Tuesday at Bart Kaufman Field.
• Tuesday will be the 111th ever meeting between IU and ISU, as the two squads met on March 28 in Terre Haute, with the Hoosiers earning a 5-3 victory.
• IU leads the all-time series between the two schools, 64-45-1.
• Indiana Head Coach Chris Lemonis is in his fourth season leading the Hoosier baseball program and his 24th overall year in coaching. He has posted a 123-78-2 record and has led the program to two regional at-large bids in his first three full seasons.
• Indiana State head coach Mitch Hannahs is in his fifth season at the helm of the Sycamores baseball program. Hannahs returned to his alma mater in 2013 to become the 29th head coach of the ISU program.

• Junior Logan Kaletha hit . 462 on the weekend against Purdue, going 6-for-13 with five runs scored, four RBI and 11 total bases, while hitting a two-run walkoff home run on Sunday in the 13th inning to lift the Hoosiers over Boilermakers, 7-5
• The IU pitching staff is first in the Big Ten in ERA (2.53, 3rd nationally), walks per nine innings (2.99, 21st), WHIP (1.26, 32nd), and strikeout-to-walk ratio (2.61, 39th), second in shutouts (4, T-16th) and third in hits allowed per nine innings (8.36).
• Offensively, Indiana is second in the Big Ten in slugging percentage (.450, 26th nationally), home runs per game (1.04, 28th nationally), doubles per game (2.0, 40th) and hit by pitch (40), and is third in batting average (.288, 51st) and on base percentage (.380).
