BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– The Indiana wrestling team battled No. 1 Penn State in Wilkinson Hall and the Nittany Lions came away with a 35-9 victory.

Notes
• Indiana drops to 4-9 overall and 1-5 in the Big Ten. Penn State improves to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in Big Ten action.
• The dual started at 184 and Norman Conley put the Hoosiers up 3-0 with a 5-1 decision. Conley got two takedowns in the first period and added the riding time bonus with two minutes of riding time.
• Conley improves to 14-12 on the season and 6-7 in dual match competition.
• The official attendance was 1,962, a Wilkinson Hall attendance record.
• At 157 Breyden Bailey weighed in at 149 but moved up to 157 against #1 Jason Nolf of Penn State.
• At 149, Fernie Silva led 4-3 at the end of the second period after two escapes and a takedown.
• At 174 Jake Covaciu against #1 Mark Hall of Penn State battled for four escapes during his match.
