BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 4-ranked Indiana University men's soccer team (7-1-3, 3-0-0 B1G) returns to Big Ten Conference play with a home match against the Michigan Wolverines (6-2-3, 2-0-2 B1G) at 3 p.m. ET on Oct. 13 at Armstrong Stadium.
The match will be televised on ESPNU with Mike Watts (PxP) and Devon Kerr (Analyst) on the call, with live stats available at IUHoosiers.com.
SETTING THE SCENE
• Freshman Roman Celetano turned in his first collegiate clean sheet after holding No. 16 Kentucky scoreless for 110 minutes on Wednesday night.
• Indiana is undefeated in the team's last 31 regular-season, Big Ten conference matches, posting a record of 22-0-9. IU's last league loss in the regular season came on Oct. 10, 2015 in overtime at Ohio State, 1-0.
• Last season, the Hoosiers won both the Big Ten regular season championship (15th time) and Big Ten Tournament championship (13th time) in the same season for the first time since 2006.
• Also, IU advanced to the College Cup for the second-straight year and for a NCAA-record 20th time in program history.
• Indiana earned the No. 2 overall for the 2018 NCAA Tournament, marking the 14th time in the last 16 years since the current seeding format began in 2003 that IU earned a top-16 seed.
• The berth for the Hoosiers was the team's 32nd-straight bid to the NCAA Tournament and the 43rd overall in the program's history.

• Freshman Aidan Morris became the third Hoosier of the season to earn Big Ten Player of the Week honors on Oct. 8. His accolade was the first for an IU offensive player of the '19 campaign.
• Morris was selected to the Top Drawer Soccer team of the Week on Oct. 8. He became the first Indiana player named to the team this season.
• He scored his first career goal at Northwestern and charted two assists off set pieces against Penn State. Both games resulted in 3-1 decisions for Indiana.
SCOUTING THE WOLVERINES
• The Michigan Wolverines enter Sunday's match with an overall record of 6-2-3 on the season with a Big Ten mark of 2-0-2.
• After a tough 2-2-0 start, which featured home losses against Florida Gulf Coast and No. 13 Washington, UM has rebounded to secure an undefeated recorded of 4-0-3 in the last seven matches.
• The Wolverines began B1G play with a pair of draws against No. 24 Rutgers and at Penn State, but have since defeated Ohio State, 2-0, on the road and taken care of Northwestern, 3-0, in Ann Arbor.
• Graduate transfer Nebojsa Popovic leads Michigan with 15 points (six goals, three assists) this season, while sophomore Derick Broche has tallied nine points (four goals, one assist).
• Popovic has recorded at least one shot on goal in nine of Michigan's 11 matches this season and has recorded at least one point in six matches.
• The Michigan defense is led by senior keeper Andrew Verdi. The Ivyland, Pa., native surrenders just 0.71 goals per contest and holds a save percentage of 0.692.
• Michigan was selected third in the preseason Big Ten poll according to the league's head coaches.
