Schmid Remains Tied for Second After Two Rounds at The Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Indiana women's golf junior Pricilla Schmid had another solid outing to remain tied for second after two rounds at The Landfall Tradition. As a team, the Hoosiers moved up two spots from Friday to end the day in eighth place.

• The Hoosiers started play on the No. 10 tee.
• Schmid shot an even-72 to remain tied for second place. Her strongest part of the day came on the back nine as she parred or birdied every hole to make the turn at 2-under-par.
• Junior Mary Parsons shot a 74 to end the day tied for 34th. The highlight of her day came on hole No. 1 as she eagled the par-4, 354-yard hole. Parsons was even on the front nine and 2-over on the back.
• Freshman Anni Eisenhut also shot a 74 on Saturday as she is tied for 44th overall. The back nine was a mixed bag as she collected a birdie, but also a bogey and double bogey. Eisenhut recovered nicely as she shot an even-36 on the front nine.
• Fellow freshman Valerie Clancy, who is making her team debut, was the third Hoosier to shoot a 74 on the day. Her strongest outing came on the back nine as she picked up two birdies and made the turn at 2-under-par.
• Sophomore Alexis Miestowski is tied for 87th place and shot a 9-over-par 81.
