Piekarsky Goes Undefeated at Chowder Fest

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Indiana men's tennis team wrapped up fall season competition with the Chowder Fest hosted by Harvard, Nov. 8-10.
William Piekarsky highlighted the results for the Hoosiers as he went 3-0 in singles and teamed with Carson Haskins to finish 3-0 in doubles.
On Friday Piekarsky and Haskins won 7-5 and followed that up on Saturday with 6-3 and 7-5 doubles wins.
Piekarsky showed resilience as two of his three singles wins were won in three sets.
The Hoosiers won three doubles matches on Friday with Patrick Fletchall and Zac Brodney combining for a 6-3 win and Payam Ahmadi and Vikash Singh also combining for a 6-3 win.
The Hoosiers open dual match play on Jan. 12 at 11:00 a.m. ET, as they host Ball State at the IU Tennis Center.
