PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Indiana volleyball tallied 10 blocks on their way to a 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-17) win against Rutgers on Saturday at College Avenue Gym.

Key Moments

Indiana scored six of the first seven points of the match to take a 6-1 lead on a kill from Breana Edwards.
Leading 21-18 in the first set, the Hoosiers scored four straight to win the first set, 25-18.
Indiana scored the first four points of the second set and went up 4-0 on a service ace from Kamryn Malloy. A Breana Edwards kill increased that lead to 10-4 in the second set.
Deyshia Lofton ripped a kill on set point to give the Hoosiers a 25-14 win in the second set.
Back-to-back blocks by Breana Edwards put the Hoosiers up 16-8 in the third set.

Deyshia Lofton recorded three blocks in the match as she moved into seventh in program history for career blocks. She now has 409 career blocks.
Breana Edwards led the Hoosiers with 13 kills.
